1. About Us

Aizal Scents is a Pakistan-based fragrance brand offering designer-inspired perfumes. We are an independent brand and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the original luxury fragrance houses our scents are described as being "inspired by."

2. Orders

Placing an order through our website or WhatsApp is an offer to buy, which we may accept, decline, or cancel at our discretion (for example, if an item is out of stock or if order details appear fraudulent).
You are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact details you provide to confirm your order before dispatch.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time your order is placed and accepted is the price you pay.

4. Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your address.
JazzCash / EasyPaisa (Prepaid): You transfer payment directly to the account details shown at checkout and share proof of payment with us via WhatsApp. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible across Pakistan. Typical delivery times are: Rawalpindi — 1 to 2 days, and rest of Pakistan — 2 to 4 days, depending on your city and courier availability. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

6. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 10 Days Easy Refund from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your fragrance, message us on WhatsApp within 10 days of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference, once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Product Descriptions

We describe our fragrances as being "inspired by" well-known designer scents to help you understand their character. This is a description of scent profile only — our products are our own formulations and are not counterfeits, replicas, or affiliated goods of any other brand.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aizal Scents is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
