We do not collect or store your card, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa PIN or password anywhere on our systems. For prepaid orders, you send payment directly through your own JazzCash/EasyPaisa app and share a screenshot with us via WhatsApp for confirmation.

We may use third-party tools such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google Analytics to understand website traffic and show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our products. Your information is stored securely using Google Firebase, a cloud platform with industry-standard security practices. Access to order and customer data in our systems is restricted to authorized staff only.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your delivery details are shared only with our courier/delivery partner for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email (details below). If you have an account with us, you can also view and manage your own order history by logging in.

Our website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
